Philip Fung
Philip has more than 20 years of experience in property and facility management industry, both in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Apart from playing the role of facility management in various reputable and multi-national companies, Philip has also actively participated in a lot key projects. Since 2010, Philip has also offered lectures in different institutions. He is a RICS (FM) and IFMA (CFM).
Gaby Kun
Gaby has more than 20 years of experience in ICT solutions, smart workplaces and smart buildings, property and facilities management across real estate and construction industry, as well as project management of data centres. He has in-depth understanding of AI/ML, IoT, building energy codes and local building regulations. Apart from serving various prestigious companies throughout his career, he also played an active role in the revitalization scheme of industrial buildings introduced by HKSAR in 2009. He involved in all aspects of capital projects, A&A works, renovation and property development in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific region, ranging from design, budget, feasibility, schedule, delivery to project management. I am a Doctorate in Engineering, MBA in General Management and MSc in Fire & Safety Engineering.
